I enjoy the whole shot, but there is one thing that troubles me, its obvious she's topless, and nearly 100% naked, why hide the nipples? Just wondering out loud.

Facebook is why. It's where I have my largest audience, especially now that DeviantArt is slowly losing traffic. So I gotta be conscious of that.
Once Facebook's guidelines change I won't have to worry so much about it.

Smart, though it shouldn't be necessary to hide a part of ones body, but the current state of things in the world and Facebook like you say just makes it not "appropriate" for some reason. Till people view genders a bit similar there aint much to do, but not exactly similar; Because we are not completely similar. Nevertheless beautiful picture topless or not 
PS: Everything helps to show a different personality, if it was ment to cover the breast in this picture to show a certain personalty then there's nothing to argue about ^^
