I just wanna take a sec and say this. Everyone going,"that's not an Umbreon, Just an outfit based on it. Umbreon doesn's have red on it. ect. ect."(If you knew what an Umbreon is you'd know that it's black with yellow and RED eyes. The line and jewel highlight the red eyes)
Please note this isn't a Pokemon POKEMON cosplay. It's a Pokemon gijinka-or human-cosplay. A Pokemon Pokemon cosplay is normally done with a furry suit, a body suit, body paint ect,. kinda like this: (Credit to all cosplayers used in this post)

They ARE the Pokemon.They followed the Pokemon's design to a T and became it.
A gijinka cosplay is more or less take the IDEA of a Pokemon and makes an outfit based around said Pokemon and is a human, like these:

Now these cosplays took a Pokemon and a made an outfit around it. They are a human Pokemon, not THE Pokemon. It can slao be the Pokemon plus a different theme. Like the Lolitas or this having a belly-dancer like theme.
(Also note that there is a fine line between a cosplay like this,which shows skin and cleavage, and grabbing a bikini from Target and some Pikachu ears from Party City...And also, yes! Tits! A woman has breasts! It's like saying a man has a penis. Don't call up Channel 5 news about a woman having breasts.)
