I love Australian Cattle Dogs, and you did such a beautiful job. What detailed fur! And he has such lovely eyes...although I am curious: I know you can get the follow-me eyes if you paint the backs of the round ball, but the round ones are so difficult to work with. Its especially true if you wear glasses. Would I have enough room for my glasses in a mask with follow-me eyes?

It can be done if it's made that way, but your eyes will be further away from the vision holes and thus you'll have a smaller field of view. That is true for any head you wear glasses in, but moreso if there's a lot of stuff up front to make room for.

But you still could get a 3d effect with a flat-back eye? Maybe the combination of flat-backs and the fact that my glasses are rather small and compact might not be so bad...I'd like to have 3d eyes, but I would like to be able to actually see more.

Depends what you mean by 3D but yes as long as the eye is set deep enough in, the back of it can be flat. It's the lip of the eyelid that creates the 3D effect.

The speckle pattern is intense. Is that airbrushing of a sort, or the type of fur you used?
Definaiely has a heeler-like appearance to it so far.
