Here's my Top 10 characters that I want to revive:1. Ash and Misty's daughter (from the original trailer of Pokemon Mewtwo Strikes Back to end the series. But the writers continue the anime series to move along after Pokemon became so popular and she got removed.)
2. Cosmo the Seedrian (Sonic X)
3. Bunny (Original Powerpuff Girls): Bunny is the forth Powerpuff Girl of the Powerpuff Girls (Original) that has been created by the Powerpuff Girls (Original) by using Professor Utonium's stuff and his Chemical X to make her look like the girls, but Bunny is big and... you know. She died in the end of the episode "Twisted Sister". I really do miss her and I wish she hadn't died in that episode. And I'm still disappointed that the reboot (so-called) had Bliss as the so-called 4th PPG.
4. Soap Mactavish (Call of Duty Modern Warfare series): He is one of my favorite Call of duty characters and he is a bada**. Soap was killed by Makarov in the mission "Blood Brothers".
5. Gaz (Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare) He's a badass and his sense of humor (Example: "Negative sir. But you can try pulling it if it'll make you feel better.") kind of cracks me up. He was killed by Imran Zakheav
6. Ghost and Roach (Call of duty Modern Warfare 2) Members of the Task Force 141. I like these guys and their the best. But they we're killed by General Shepherd (the traitor/backstabber) in the mission "Loose Ends".
7. Sgt. Avery Johnson (Halo) He was a very bada** marine and the best. He was killed by Spark in the Halo 3 mission "Halo".
8. Dooby (Harry Potter) A House Elf and a friend of Harry Potter. I liked Dooby when I watched the second Harry Potter movie (The Chamber of Secrets). He was killed by Bellatrix during the end of the seventh Harry Potter movie (The Deathly Hallows Pt 1).
9. Sirius Black (Harry Potter) Harry's godfather, and the only member of the Potter family. He was killed by Bellatrix in the movie "The Order of the Phoenix.
10. Sachi (Sword Art Online) A member of the Moonlit Black Cats guild and one of the 10,000 players trapped in SAO. I still feel bad for her of being scared and feared of death. She and the rest of the Moonlit Black Cats guild members we're wiped out and killed by the monsters on the 27th Floor of Labyrinth in the 3rd episode of Sword Art Online "Red-Nosed Reindeer". Although Kirito survives. I still feel bad for him.

Raising Bunny and Cosmo from the dead is possible. And the PokéShipping Daughter (named Veronica in your case) could be revived by the fans, and even if PokéShipping wasn't permanent in Next Gen, one of the parents (very likely Misty) could take her in for themselves.
