This is amazing! The colors are awesome! How did you get the lighting effect on it?

Thanks. I'm not 100% sure what you mean by the lighting effects; like the highlights?

I did everything with just a brush/painting and no major editing.Like the sparkles and stuff were just a bunch of hand painted dots and stuff.

Yes, yes you did. Yeah I was talking about the highlights. looks wonderful and very bright to the point where it affects my eyes.
