Description
this is Omen, aka "The Punisher" (an actual rank on RLTW). he controls the Outlands, where exiled and banished horses often go.He is Fallen's (!Brokenlust ) charr. I used this image to make the logo for RLTW's current skin (reason why it's 1001x700 instead of 1300x800). Since our war has been postponed due to inactivity, i figured it'd be a good time for a new skin.
