Quirk- Vague Thoughts

What the quirk does- His quirk allows him to make people's memories or thoughts foggy and hard to remember. Only when they look in his eyes though, the thoughts will fix themselves but if he can erase people's memories they stay gone he can't do every single one but he can pick at random.

Personality- Nori knows that he isn't the good guy. He knows that he's bad, but he doesn't care since there are people that are worse than him! He's never killed anyone before he just scams a lot of people. He's very clever and knows how to read people well, and he believes that he has some likeable qualities. He's pretty laid back when he wants to be, but when people want him to change he'll suddenly stand his ground.

Fun Facts- he himself has a bad memory and will sometimes forget things, likes sparkly things and collects money like it's air, is almost always seen with some type of rings on, likes to style his hair and uses too much hair gel, hates cleaning and dislikes helping people but will if he gets bugged enough or paid enough, pay him and he'll do pretty much anything, will rather steal than spend money, where he came from like his family were very poor growing up which is why he likes money so much, feels bad for the hero Uraraka and believes she should become a villain or at least people should help her.
