Description
that's a first attempt for a competition to design a paypal-themed wallpaper. Normally there would be a paypal logo on the balloon. I didn't submit it because it's too gloomy to pass any positive message. I found it unexpectedly hard to make myself choose happier colors and themes... I wonder...anyway, since I didnt submit it, here it is!

maybe if there were a sunset, silhouettes with open arms on a building, like as if they released the gift :3 I love this, but if it were to be more cheerful

This reminds me of a book...and I can't remember the title. It's about a balloon and messages being sent, and the sender sends this kid a saber tooth. I love this picture. <3

It doesn't look gloomy to me. What I see is that the universe is full of gifts (and balloons) just floating through the air and you never know when one might land at your feet. I really like the color pallet.

Actually, the gloomy background and the happy yellow and red package offset each other nicely. Who wouldn't want a happy package on a gloomy day?

it's not really a commercial...mainly cause it's true and beautiful. it gives me a brill good feeling.i wish we lived in a society where the spirit of commercials was this, but we don't. i mean most of the times.

I think if the balloon was yellow or red and the sky had sunset/sunrise hues, it would look happier. Although it is a well done image as is, the colors make it look dreary and "ghetto". You know what I say? But with the colors I suggested, you could just leave everything as is but for that!
Even so, I do like this image, and as another person said earlier it does remind me of Animal Crossing!

that's true, it's not pessimistic. But the colors give it a feeling that, for example, somebody would not like to associate their product with, even if the idea is positive.
