Team Argentum - Rogues
Azura, the Leader of the Moon Ivy’s eldest daughter, was once arranged to marry another clan’s son… until she ran away. Her faithful and childhood companion, Cobalt the Cranidos, accompanied her, feeling it was his duty to keep her safe from a world beyond her home. Cobalt refers to her as “My Lady.”
She had been yearning for adventure, so she joined the Rogues, naming her team after grandmother, Argentum. Azura feared that by joining the Rescuers, they’d bring her back to her clan if she was listed as one of the missing pokemon.

Notes: Haha, it's my first time drawing both of these Pokemon, and I never played the PMD games, let alone a number of the Pokemon games. Cobalt is definitely going to be a challenge for me, but I find him a perfect match for Azura. *shrug*

Omg both of them are so adorable though I especially like Azura. You draw pokemon so so cute and pretty~! And the expressions given to them make them feel so real and less 'just pokemon' they have personality and thats amazing

I'm glad you like Azura, I enjoyed drawing her~ I wanted to give her this soft, princess-like look. Making her eyes blue gray instead of red helped. xD;

I really like their backstory there, it's not something you commonly found in the Pokemon world!

Thank you~ I was inspired by a series I started reading "A Song of Ice and Fire" and I wanted to have a "princess" and "knight" kind of relationship. I didn't want the "princess" figure to be so princessy, though, so I made her a runaway. :3

I think I want to see how I do with the first mission first, as well as become comfortable drawing backgrounds and pokemon, before moving up the rank. Backgrounds are always a challenge for me.

Yeah, I was thinking a background would've been better, too. xD; And that's kind of why I feel that I'm still a Pikachu rank, because I need to be more comfortable and patient with drawing backgrounds. I'm also inexperienced with drawing pokemon, I rarely draw them, but I think it'd be fun to be part of a group where it's just pokemon.

The background is a photo I took and developed for my Photo I class, lol. I liked how it was all grainy and faded, so I used it. xD;
