Latest painting for Samsung! I wanted to contribute to their attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most artists working on the same art installation.
The theme was βColors of Indiaβ. Some things I kept in mind while working on this were the Holi Festival, the many colors and patterns of saris, and the beautiful form and symbolism of the lotus.

I think you did a wonderful job capturing the exotic qualities of India and the Lotus flower. The colors complement each other nicely, and the patterns are very successful, since they immediately made me think of beautiful, foreign lands.
My favorite part of this piece is that you didn't "overdo" it. The way that you left white areas only makes the colors stand out more. It's very beautiful. Great job!

This is a beautiful piece. The petals really remind me of pieces of batik fabric or a many-coloured sari.
