Description My first time making truffles and I'm not sure what I did wrong but the truffle part really wouldn't set. it made it really difficult to coat them in chocolate. These are the ones that came out the best. I used cherry brandy for the centres so they've got a nice subtle taste of cherry. I also used some dehydrated strawberries as decoration for the tops (leftovers from when I made Strawberry Rice Krispie Squares [link] ) All in all they were a bit of a pain to make but they ended up really nice

They were pretty fun to make actually (great to eat too ). I must search out more recipes.

it's great, most of the time with chocolate truffles you can use one base recipe and change the flavours
