This very cool and very large (a wingspan of about 4 inches) moth was clinging to my window screen when I got up this morning so I just had to get some pictures of it.Related content

I was blown away by the size of it and how heavy it was! More bird-like than moth-like! Very very cool!

Yeah! Ours was cold, so we brought him in over night and released him in the morning when it was warmer. He was as big as my hand and he vibrated when we held him. Lol. It was pretty neat!

this one was too .... I put it in the sun but it couldn't fly and I was worried about a predator finding it since I took it from it's safe place. So I brought it in for a while to warm up and once it was lucid and able to fly I let it go
This one did that too for a while ..... I got a video of it! It was such a cool experience .... loved it too!
