lotad --> female lombre (level up in rain) --> Lumasol
Rain and blooms of flowers follow this pokemon where ever it goes. Dispite the clouds, it offten apears to glow.

Lombre is not quite my favorite pokemon, but I think this is very cute and I like how it gives a bit of feminine charm. Ludicolo just seems to be too masculine and yet can be both male and female.
This is a bit dated, but how did it do in the contest?

Two things:
1. It looks like the illegitimate bastard child of Drifloon and Roselia. Not very promising.
2. A female Lombre does not evolve in rain in the games, nor will it ever unless the powers that be declare that was always the case.
