Description
Been working on this for the past couple days, and I'm really, really pleased with how it's turned out. I don't have much experience drawing dragons or working with colors, so this was tricky but also lots of fun!

Great job. I love how Smaug's head is designed like a Komodo Dragons and not that cat/wolf thing from the cartoon. I've been upset a lot with how fantasy animals are done (hated the Basalisk from Harry Potter), but Smaug is total win.

Thanks! I really love his design, too. Even though he looks very frightening, his face has a lot of personality, and you can see a great intelligence in his eyes. He's just very well done.
