This Alice du Noir's adoptive brother and yes he is Chinese o3o but he isn't with the Chinese Federation nor isn't he with the Britannian Army. He works and only works for his adoptive parents and Alice, being the messanger when they aren't on Britannian gorunds.His real family gave him up for adoption to have some money to find a cure for his older brother (hint hint it's Xingke xD I fucking love that guys loyalty and I love the Empress qwq she is such a sweet little Cinnamomroll ) And I might ship Guowei with the Empress, if Xingke is suppose to die qnq
