SCOPE-tan, because I hadn't drawn her in awhile ... like two whole years . (Actually, on the whole I seem to neglect the any Control Data Corporation-tans, although I'm trying to change this!) As usual this began as a speed painting but then became a full scale skin-painting experiment, which tends to happen a lot.

Upon seeing a WIP of this piece, cptlfrghtr likened her to a northern-midwestern-spinster-meets-Ms-Frizzle which sounds a little mean until you consider 1. It's his character anyway, and 2. That actually describes her pretty damn well. (Just, you know, with more significant scarring.)
