What a cutie, and despite being so small, he/she's got quite a lot of detail! Well done!

Dragons and cross stich are an awesome combination. I love cross stitch. I would do it if I could automate the process, but it seems this particular art form will continue to consist in manually sewing "pixel by pixel". The final results are among the most beautiful things made by humans, but the manual process involved is too long for me.
I might try to do a really tiny project one day, just to try. These things really look wonderful.

Thanks!
My girlfriend does cross-stitch, and I occasionally do craft projects that involve sewing, such as drawstring bags, zipper bags, or a small pillowslip, tablecloth or handkerchief (the simplest type of sewing projects). So, I know first hand how much work goes into them.
It is easy to disregard the complexity of something one hasn't experienced or understand. There are plenty of people who think math, literature, foreign languages, cross-stitch, playing the guitar, ballet or whatever are "useless and a waste of time". What they mean is "I can't do that".

ha I love your take on that and am going to adapt it!
It is true that one gets most appreciation from people who either do the same craft or know it. in the quilting world I believe selling quilts for a decent price is by far easiest to people who know quilting or do it themselves. it is another craft of which it is hard to see how much work goes in it without any know-how.
