I'm the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran who made sure from the start I understood that freedom truly isn't free. Despite the time gap, Vietnam has always been a part of my life. In the past two years I have found that I have really started to gain a better understanding of how the war affected him, my family, and me. This photogram with these objects represent the War, the despair, and the impact that it had on my life, my fathers, and so many others.

I guess, after that, it's all a matter of the viewers opinions and emotions provoked.
