dusk was walking thru the crystal castle, the only thing he heard was the sound of his hoofsteps. his head lowered as he walked, only mumbling to himself.
"why doesn't he love me?". dusk asked himself, over and over. why didn't his father love him as much as galaxy? what did he do wrong?
"hey bro!". dusk's head shot up at the sound of the voice. he looked back and saw his little sister running towards him.
"oh..hey galaxy.". dusk said, forcing a smile on his face.
"what's wrong, big bro?", galaxy asked.
" it's just...". dusk's words trailed off as he looked away from his little sister, just looking at the floor.
"come on big bro! i want to know what's wrong". galaxy said, giving him a smile. he looked up to his little sister.
"it's just....why doesn't dad love me, gal?".
"what do you mean?". galaxy asked.
"he never wants to be with me". dusk said. "he always wants to be with you, and whenever he does talk to me, he just talks about you. it's like he doesn't even want me to be his son....". he felt tears falling down his eyes as he started to sob. galaxy hugged her older brother for what felt like hours, until he pulled away. his crying had stopped but his cheeks were still wet.
"t-thanks gal". dusk said. galaxy smiled to her older brother.
" no problem big bro, and remember that you can always talk to me". dusk gave his sister a small smile.

yeah i know i've been drawing a lot of kindheart525 's characters (if you can even call my shitposts art), but i love them to much. so this is my entry for the family is magic contest. i made the base but i didn't submit it.i wrote this story sense i wondered how dusk's and galaxy's relationship was when they were kids. so i wrote this mess. sorry if it's not the best story, i did my best. FIMCE= family is magic contest entry.
