Description
I finished another very overdue painting, this was done a really long time ago as a sketch but I've only just finished the painting.
The dog itself is referenced, from google just under a year ago. It's a very common doberman head pose and actually one of the easiest I can do, so expect to see this a lot! Sorry. ;u;
I used FireAlpaca, Krita and ClipStudioPaint for this piece including the background! I dive in and out of programs for the brushes and various layer blending modes.

There's no real story behind this piece, except I was feeling very inspired by astrology and although this isn't directly interstellar space, it has stars so maybe it could pass as a semi-void? & His markings are cool, they glow! *o*

All of my art is drawn from real photos, sometimes not but when it comes to realism I try to be as accurate as possible and as a growing artist, I don't yet own the skills to do things out of my head, so photographs are a necessary step for me when it comes to perfecting my art!

Date started: 7/06/20 (Sketches and Lines, then I forgot about it as I worked on horse anatomy!)
Date finished officially: 30/01/21

I probably won't be doing another painting now for a while, as I have no more major ones to work on! ^^
