Description
This is the character from manga Ludwig Kakumei (Revolution). It's odd but we don't know the name of the character. So this is the Mother of Blanche.Ludwig Kakumei is very great manga by Kaori Yuki.
The cosplayer is me. And the photo was taken py Pugoffka-sama.
The costume was made also by me.
