I must say i agree that its an artistic nude more so, but it is beautifully and tastefully done. despite what most "want to see" the human form in itself is beautiful and inticing without being over revealling I appreciate fully the perspective taken in this shot and may soon browse more of your submissions.

I can see it only in thumbnail, but from what I saw, it should be categorized as artistic nude. You might want to go back and mark a bit of your more risque (more than the others, at least) pictures as mature just to be safe.

I am very new to the site but I know that on all of the other sites I am on if the photo is simply implied and there is nothing showing then it doesn't need to be categorized as such.

Nonetheless, if there's nothing showing but the clothing may be tight enough to show all the details, nudity is still there (that doesn't apply to your pictures though). But if a picture arouses sexual thoughts, it should be marked mature.
