A successful rendering. It's been pointed out that it could have been a tad darker and I agree. You captured the cat's face so very well.

The only thing beyond the great execution of the cat is that the placement of cat in space is what you need to perfect now. He lacks a context, and I think that would help. Right now you have a muddy grey underneath and a blank white overhead, feels very unfinished/unplanned. If you could give him, not a traditional "background" but some sort of contrast, it would make the piece feel more polished.

I had originally considered shading in the background and started to but ended up erasing it in fear that it would mess up the drawing. I understand now that I should of went through with it.
