Another landscape!

This was taken in mid February, on a lovely walk with my Mum and Auntie - I thought this shot really captured the day; calm, quiet, and beautiful!

I hope you enjoy, if you do - please comment, I'm new to this landscape thing and any advice or critiques are welcome

New to the landscape thing!? Are you serious!? This is outstanding! You did a great job framing the trees with other branches and the reflection is crystal clear.

One thing is that I would have cropped it shorter. The small non-water area in the lower right hand corner is a tad distracting. But overall, simply beautiful!

Thanks so much I've had a few faves on these images, but no real critique - to be honest I didn't crop it at all - the image on dA is the raw image from my camera - I havent really gotten far into photography (especially of landscape) and I don't have any editing programmes on my laptop.

But yeah, when I do get a photo-editing programme I will be sure to take into consideration any superflous details that detract from the main image
