I think (though I could be wrong) that it's a generic T-Rex (if his gallery's anything to go by), but he looks a lot like Devil Dinosaur from the coloration.

No, actually - though Diablo's not a bad idea, either. Devil Dinosaur was a Marvel Comics star back in the '70's, and he fought Godzilla during the monster king's run in Marvel during that time: marvel.wikia.com/Devil_Dinosau…

Yes I think it's the same because another name for him is Diablo. A red dinosaur that fights Godzilla. I picked it up from a super old pixel game and in it you play as Godzilla and one of your opponents is a big red dinosaur, named Diablo(Spanish word for Devil).
