I decided to try my hand at digital art for my characters.

Here is another one of the main characters of my Ligeia series, Ezra Cauldwell AKA the Lantern Ghost. He is considered one of the most well known ghosts like the Bell Witch, La llorona, and Bloody Mary. He carries a lantern around with him that has a skull inside. And when he turns the light on and anyone who looks into the eyes of the skull will be burnt to ashes. This is actually based on an old Halloween decoration that I had growing up and the story of Vasilisa the Beautiful. He's a bit of a cantankerous drunk, but deep down he does care about those close to him and can be protective. He gets a thrill out of haunting the living. He is the literal definition of a lost soul. He is inspired by the Hatbox Ghost from the Haunted Mansion ride.
