So cute!!!! If I'm not mistaken, this was at the Italy Pavilion.(the design for Lady's ears are perfect!!)
That reminds me, Disney is re-releasing 'Lady and the Tramp' soon for Blu-ray. Do with that what you will.

I would have to say under. The odds are too great. Of course that's only by accident.
If it were being done on purpose, it would be over. I'd say the success ratio would be around 90%. The other 10% might get frustrated and give up.
