"So how are things going with Tinker-Kill?" Wave asked as she ducked another metal-fisted punch.

'Oof! Ow... Not as smoothly as hoped. Brought friends.' Came Sky-Belle's voice, mingled with what sounded like concrete and metal smashing.

"Robot dinosaurs?"

'Robot dinosaurs,' Came the confirmation, followed by an exasperated "again!"

"I-oof! I'll be there soon! That not-so-little present she left is," Wave ducked and charged a large ball of energy between her wrists "tougher than we expected. Must be made of something new..."

Crashing noises came over the comm' link. 'Take your time! .. Is that a metal triceratops?!'

"Hey! Save me some! I'll be there soon!"

Wave closed the channel and lunged at her robotic opponent with renewed vigor, letting out a shout as she poured more energy into the ball she'd created, and sent it toward the mechanical menace's face.
