He needs to be happy sometimes.I guess you can consider this a Valentiney image, all soft and fluffylike. I couldn't find (till later) a ready reference for her outfit or the flower Presea when I doodled this, so those parts are winged.
prismacolormarkers-&-pencils,copics-& -trias,acrylicink-&-purplemicron, with Must Be Dreaming on loop for a few hours.

Well, Regal is 33 by that point in the game, and Alicia's image kinda stopped aging when she um, died, but one of the ToS forms once played with how old Regal must have been. If Presea's 28, like she admits at the end of ToS, and she stopped aging at 12, then it's been (roughly) 16 years since the murder. 33-16=17...Regal was about as old as Lloyd when he fell for Alicia. n_n; That's sad.
I drew him as the older, Formalwear Regal here, because he's dreaming.

Yeah. He was a big guy (What the heck did they feed him?) but I don't think he was buff till he was a prisoner, and Meltokio prisoners seemed to have been forced to fight/work in the Colosseum. :/ A bad situation but um...I like the results. :3;
It's only sick if we pair him with Presea. Let's not and say we didn't!

Aaaaah, Regal! You never see much Regal fanart out there. I swear the poor guy gets no love.
Heck, there isn't even a figurine of him. It's bad enough they left him out of the Gashapon set, but they left him out of the Kotobukiya set too. (Then again, Raine got left out of both sets as well.)
