Cotton skirt, cotton ruffles, cotton everything! half-waist Double elastic channel waistband. Not sure if I want to sell this though. There's a lot of internal flaws (the waistband is a mess inside, though I'm confident it will hold) and the top ruffle looks a little off. T.TRelated content
