We can even tell it's that damp, sticky snow you get right at freezing point which clumps together and clings to things.
Do you know where the photo was set? I don't recognize the building style or ?factory chimney? through the weather.

cheers, think its somewhere in turkey if i remember correctly, but ive made it a little colder. Was thinking of some kind of temple/city in the background.
