Thanks, unfortunately without a ruffler foot for my sewing machine, this skirt would be to costly to make for resale (like $300 for the skirt alone between materials and labor). Simplicity makes a CanCan dancer skirt pattern that would be easy to follow if you wanted to make it yourself
