Another on of my childhood character.

Like many of his incarnations, all he ever wanted was friends to play with. But, since he’s a ghost, no one wants to (Well, except for the children, of course). That is, until he met Wendy, the good little witch who is far different from the mean nasty witches that you don’t particularly find at Hogwarts.

For some reason, he has been the pinnacle of pop culture besides Richie Rich. I think it was because of that movie from 1995. Who knows? At least we get to see him again on Harvey Street. But only briefly in just one episode.

After all, there is no such things as ghosts. …right?
