Gali feels the waves of the oceans and flows of the rivers of Ga-Koro. She is the noble of the Toa Mata, and is a peace maker. Though she is a bit restrictive at times. Not to the degree from her brothers, but she believed that fighting isn’t always the answer and is insisted on how her brothers should be united. Despite that, she managed to unite them and fight off many obstacles in their way.

Her tools are her Water Hooks which allows her to climb even the most slippery terrain and wears the Kanohi Kaukau: Great Mask of Water Breathing.
