That in an impressive hydra. I particularly like the severed head forming into two on the lower right. Great piece all around.

shape and form of the top center snake head is almost perfect... in my opinion the only adjustment would be to straiten the lower jaw, move the fangs a little closer together making the one on the snakes left inside the perimeter of the front of the jaw instead of out on the side on the mouth, and to place the eye on the side of the head.
note snake eyes are much like a glass marble in shape and gleam of light that reflects off them.
shading is great!
