I have fond memories of my older sisters being the voices for all of the characters, and the voices they did for chilli billi and chilli willi were so hilarious!Β

its original design is different in a lot of ways, not just the arms

Upgrading the design is different of enlarging parts of the body.

in no way was i trying to 'upgrade the design', nor did i state anywhere that i drew this with the intention of it being completely on-model. besides, changing up a design doesn't make a drawing wrong - i did look at images from tooie for reference, and i knew his arms were tiny, but i decided to elongate them and give him thumbs in order to better fit the pose.
not all fanart has to mirror the original; and frankly, if it did, fanart in general would be a lot more boring due to the absence of people pushing predefined creative boundaries with ideas of their own.
