The outfit is really cool looking. I like the skin tone shading on her stomach and chest. Mouth and eyes seems small in comparson to the rest of her body but otherwise I Like it!

Some good parts right here ! The background texture works well, shading is great on most parts (why does she have a white armpit ?), the outfit design is badass !
The only bad points for me here are her face and feet, but that's mostly details. I think her mouth is really too small and the nose drew in a manga-style is not appropriate here, a more realistic one may be cool ? ^^
Anyway, keep going because that stays really good
