For a pony the first time this is very impressive.
I love the little flame touches you gave to it!
The hair has a nice blend in it.
The 'elbow' part is just a little bit too bent though. Horses's elbows are mainly really smooth. Unlike humans.
Also the muzzle (nose) is a little to big. It should be a tiny bit smaller.
No need to change your style though it looks amazing.
Small suggestion that you should open up commissions for these ^^ you seem to be very good at ponies.
The eyes are simply amazing and very cute although this character is very bold. It has just enough cuteness for this pony.
The muzzle should come in a tiny bit more.
Overall this picture is simply stunning ^^ i am beyond happy right now.

I love the little fire accents near the hooves. And the tail and main are very well done. Personally, I think the shading is superb, not just one the tail and mane, but also on the obdy.

Wow, the color on its main and tail is so bright that it looks like flickering flames but the eye shines just as bright and lively.
