I agree. At least K. Rool hasn't been gone as long as Wart.
In fact, they need to bring back the Kremlings as well. The Tiki Tak Tribe were stupid. They were just pieces of wood with eyes. Also, while the Snowmads were not as cool (excuse the pun) as the Kremlings, they were still good villains because they were actually animals. Plus, they had a much better motivation than the Tiki Tak Tribe.
I also agree that Wart needs to return. There was an interview a couple of years ago that Nintendo is considering bringing him back in future Mario games, as well as the world of Subcon, the setting of Super Mario Bros 2 (originally Doki Doki Panic).
