So, this is my take of the SCU phase 1 concept. I'll include some forgotten/ignored franchises in this type of images. So, here's a summary of how it would be:Phase main villains:Eggman, Chaos
Sonic 1 (2020, PG-13):

Sonic 2 (2022, PG-13):
Same as real movie
Sonic 3 (2024, PG-13):
Free adaptation of Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. Shadow is introduced as an enemy and Amy as an ally.
Shinobi (2025, R rated):
Original story around the Shinobi world, located in feudal japan. Maybe a time travel can connect it to the rest.
Yakuza (2025, R rated):
Free adaptation of Yakuza Zero, keeping some concepts. And yeah, Baka Mitai appears.
Jet Set Radio (2026, PG-13):
Original story around the Jet Set Radio world.
Alex Kidd (2026, PG-13):
Original story about Alex Kidd's first days.
Golden Axe (2027, R rated):
Reimagination of the Golden Axe world. Again, a time travel can connect it to the rest.
Sonic & Sega All-Stars (2028, PG-13):
Kiryu, Tyris, Alex, Beat, Joe Musashi, Sonic and more they gather to face a great threat; Chaos.
