Ben 10: Alien Force Season 3 episode 16 "Secret of Chromastone" Chromastone/Sugilite gave a small hint of how much energy he can absorb before he falls apart, because there is a limit to how much energy Crystalsapiens can absorb. So i did some math and at the very least: Chromastone can absorb about 365.4 Quintillion watts (OR: 365.4 Billion Gigawatts) of energy!Thats over 87 thousand megatons of tnt; this is just a lowball tho. As a highball: I'd say he can absorb up to 30 Octillion Megatons of energy or 125.52 Quintillion yottawatts of energy.
I'd say 70 Octillion Megatons or 292.25 Quintillion yottawatts, but even i think thats an overexaggeration XP
