It's the Z-M Weapons LR-300 Assault Rifle, which is a Customized M4A1; the ISA M82 Assault Rifle from the Killzone Games is inspired to it, even if in the Bullpup Configuration.

Very cool rig, and the shot is great too. I think it's funny how many retailers sell humorous patches now.
And that LR-300 just screams big money, too.
