Listen 818"x24", graphite and charcoal on toned illustration board
Some more charcoal and graphite work following up Listen 7. Depression, stress and ultimately hope and faith were in the back of the brain while conceiving and working on this portrait. I really enjoyed the process in regards to using the charcoal to create the hair texture and exploring the new drawing process.
