Description
This is a test based on the dress i did earlier on. A more realistic approach to the princess character. You can think of her as a daughter from a very wealthy family, but I think calling her a princess now is more suited for what I want to do with the story later on.Related content

Β I really love tribes, tribal stuffs, anything related to tribe~
their outfit sometimes look like gypsy/arabian desert outfits, their dance is unique but gorgeous,
and they have many kind of tattoos and accs XD

Haha, no, i've actually never heard of avicii until someone pointed this out earlier too. It was meant to be just some simple shapes patten im intending to put on the tribe clothings and makeup. Triangles, rectangles, circles, simple geometry shapes.

Great piece of art. So much to compliment you on. The detailed realism of her face with just the tiniest hint of anime. The natural part of her expression, we all KNOW that look. The way her face draws the eye. The only thing I can critique is the target of her gaze is hard to spot, as the color of the body matches the wood it is perched on, and the white of the wings blend in with both the background colors and the white highlights on the perch swirls. Would love to see the dragonfly pop just a tad more.Β

Thank you, had the Dragonfly much more eye catching earlier, but ended up pushing it back and left it that way. I wanted to keep the focus on her, that is why i pushed it back merging it more into the background

thank you, your's is very nice too. I like the Mongol clothings too, most asian tribe ones in general are very cool, i like the colorful clothings and patterns, thats why im borrowing them into my tribe world.

Beautiful I love all the details... (what is that on her head lol). Also just a little thing that bothers me a lot... the white part of the eye is too dark I can't stop focusing on it

She's in the shadows, so i think her white part of the eyes should reflect that and not be as white. I might be wrong, that is just my preference, i'll pay more attention to it on my next piece.

beautiful outfit, I appreciate this drawing even more now. Β and about the eyes, I hope I didn't sound condescending or petty? I never critique because I'm never as good as the artist so whatever I think is probably wrong lol. but when I really like a drawing I save it to my pc and I browse my collection a lot every day. I saved this one I think it's gorgeous. and I lightened the eyes just a little bit... I don't remember doing anything like that before and I've been saving special favorites for over 10 years... Β it just honestly bothered me I don't know why. I guess it's just me looking for an emphasis on the eyes idk :s

I can't decide which version I like more, this one, or the one before, where her teeth were visible. maybe a mix of both. really love her design though
