Out of PURE boredom But it was pretty simple. I took a picture of my with auto-timer in my room, cut the background out. Then I started from scratch and just designed the background. First a gradient, then the lighting from the top right. Then I added the grunge texture to the background and the circles. Then used a cloud brush and added the light swirls. Then I did the three bars, and then recolored the image. And Presto!

Did you use adobe photoshop cs4?
