Continuing my "whatever-villain-happens-to-show-up-in-Batman-the-Animated-Series-that-I-feel-like-drawing" series, here's Harley Quinn. The episode was "The Laughing Fish". The cool thing about Harley is that she was actually created FOR the Animated Series and now she's a staple in the Batman universe, and certainly one of the best female villains, without actually being a very good villain...Related content
