[UPDATE 8/15: Couldn't resist fixing a few wonky areas.]This was the highlight of the Dark Knight movie for me.
I was expecting to see a lot of fan art all over the place, but after not finding any, I figured I owed it to the world to make one.

It was surprisingly hard to find references for it. Plus I get really lazy with Tech, which is why the piece is cropped so close

I'm not a specialist... I'm not sure the perspective is 100% correct, but: she's really lovely, and I like the movement of the drawing, too.
