these are actually sandwichrolls with chicken, carrots and paprika. I also put some dressing in them. ^^

those little forks are actually for party snacks, so that everyone remembers which one is his or hers... I just like that they bring some colour to the bento's

It depends on your definition of sushi..I would not call it fake, since sushi does not have to have any particular ingredient as far as I know. Most people I know think sushi means raw fish (they never heard of sashimi). I would call what you made chicken sushi rolls. Actually I heard that for a period of time in Japan they were having trouble getting tuna so they used horse meat in its place, and people loved it! Brrrr!

yeah, horse meat is said to be a bit sweeter than cow's meat
some butchers here have horse steaks as specialty
I've never eaten it though
