Description Media: Ink, Marker, Colored Pencil

I've been wanting to do a new drawing featuring the "Infinty Wolf". I'm thinking of creating my own beastiary for kind of a fantasy world-building project I'm procrastinating on. I'd like to do all of the illustrations for it in this style.

I'm quite happy with this piece. Especially with the fur. The scanner kind of ate a lot of the colored pencil, but that has a way of happening. I tried to keep a lot of the pencil coloring a little subtle (not counting the sky and mountains in the background).

Wow this is amazing!
The feathers really grab my attention, their so perfectly spaced and sized, that's almost impossible to do!
I agree about the coloured pencils, it's a pain having the scanner eat them every single time, but I know the original is twice as beautiful.

Excellent job with the texturing of the wings and the fur. Must've taken awhile. :3

And yeah, I totally know what you mean about scanners eating coloured pencil rendering. x_x Merf.
