Noelle Pelharm is a 22 year old princess, 3rd in line to the throne, of a coastal forest kingdom. She is a law student and is an appointed judge in the royal court. Though she is quite shy, frail, and socially awkward, she is a very intelligent young woman who is relied upon to make wise decisions in matters of life and death despite her youth and inexperience. She has quite an interest in fashion, too.

Ahh, she's so adorable! I love everything about this one, great pose, every piece of clothing here looks great on its own, on her, and they all work wonderfully together. And the skirt turned out really well, I love that pattern!
